• Ownership: All intellectual property rights to the work produced by Mashtech Solutions remain with us until payment is received in full, at which point the rights are transferred to you as outlined in the contract.
• Licensing: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for the purposes specified in the contract.

6. Limitation of Liability

Mashtech Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if you breach these terms or fail to comply with payment obligations. Upon termination, any outstanding fees will be due immediately.

11. Refund Policy 

If the initial design is not finalized, you have 3 days to request a refund after the initial design is complete. After that, you are not eligible for a refund.
